LCS Immobilien GmbH (hereinafter: "LCS Immobilien" or "we"), Kurfürstendamm 96, 10709 Berlin, Germany, operates the homepage www.suhr-gruppe.de. LCS Immobilien GmbH determines the purposes and means of the collection and processing of personal data.

Typeform
Typeform, hosted by TYPEFORM S.L. in Barcelona, Spain, is used on our website for online forms. Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR for the operation of the forms, or on Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR where consent has been given, which can be withdrawn at any time.
FunnelCockpit
FunnelCockpit, provided by Just Viral GmbH & Co. KG, Reinholdstrasse 5, 21073 Hamburg, enables us to build marketing-optimized websites and funnels, based on our legitimate interest in effective marketing (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).
Brevo
As part of our services, we use Brevo, a tool by Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, to efficiently manage our communication and marketing activities via email and SMS. Brevo enables us to process the personal data of our users for various purposes, including sending newsletters, running marketing campaigns and analyzing user interactions.
Calendly
We use Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia, USA) for online appointment scheduling. Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR or Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR where consent has been given. Data transfer to the USA is carried out in accordance with EU standard contractual clauses.
Pipedrive
We use Pipedrive (Pipedrive OÜ, Mustamäe tee 3a, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia) to organize internal processes and manage customer data pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.
Zapier
We use Zapier (Zapier Inc., Market St. #62411, San Francisco, CA, USA) to connect functions, databases and tools with one another. Data transfer to the USA is carried out in accordance with EU standard contractual clauses.
STRATO
Our website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin. Personal data is stored on STRATO's servers (Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Communication via Superchat
We use the service Superchat GmbH, Mehringdamm 32-34, 10961 Berlin, to manage and respond to inquiries that reach us via various communication channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, SMS or email).
